Florian Fenner, CFA

Chairman of Deutsche UFG Capital Management and Managing Partner of UFG Asset Management

After the 100% acquisition of Deutsche UFG Capital Management in November 2011 by Deutsche Bank from UFG Asset Management, the parties agreed that Mr. Fenner will continue during the transition period his dual role.

After the 100% acquisition of Deutsche UFG Capital Management in November 2011 by Deutsche Bank from UFG Asset Management, the parties agreed that Mr. Fenner will continue during the transition period his dual role as Chairman of Deutsche UFG Capital Management and Managing Partner, UFG Asset Management. In his capacity as Chairman of Deutsche UFG Capital Management, Mr. Fenner will join the DB Regional Executive Committee.

Florian Fenner joined UFG Asset Management as Managing Partner in July 2002. He is an experienced investment manager who has directed investments in Russian securities for over 16 years. Prior to joining UFG, from 2000 to 2002, he was Head of the Unifund’s Moscow office with responsibility for its Russia portfolio.

From 1996, Mr. Fenner served as Deputy Head of Research at Brunswick Brokerage, one of Russia’s leading investment banks and, in 1997, he became a Russian equity Portfolio Manager for Brunswick Capital Management. Before joining Brunswick Brokerage, he worked as an investment banker for Schroder Munchmeyer Hengst Co. in their Frankfurt office. Mr. Fenner is a charted financial analyst and holds a degree in banking from Industrie-und Handelskammer in Frankfurt-am-Main (1992-1994).

Boris Alexeev

General Director, CJSC “UFG INVEST”

Joined UFG AM in 2003. Mr. Alexeev has more than 13 years of financial sector professional experience.

Prior to his appointment as General Director, Mr. Alexeev was Deputy General Director and Operating Director of CJSC “UFG INVEST” and was responsible for the organizational infrastructure, operational and legal support. He also supervised relationships with strategic clients.

Mr. Alexeev started his career at Credit Swiss First Boston in 1996, and in 2000 moved to the internal control department of Troika Dialog.

He graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Galina Romanyuk

Retail Director

Ms. Romanyuk joined Deutsche UFG Capital Management in 2007 as Head of St. Petersburg office, and in 2009 promoted to Director of the company-wide retail services business.

Ms. Romanyuk has extensive professional experience both in banking and in the investment sector.  She started her professional career early in 1994 in the St. Petersburg office of «Incombank» as a senior economist in charge of corporate clients business.  Thereafter, prior to joining Deutsche UFG Capital Management, she worked almost ten years at St. Petersburg office of CJSC CB «Citibank» in various positions, and worked her way up to the Head of Corporate Sales department in Consumer Business.

Ms. Romanyuk graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of economics and finance major specializing in finance and credit.  In 2002 she received a ÌÂÀ degree in Banking & Finance from the Stockholm University.

Yuri Anpilogov

Director of Key Clients Department

Joined Deutsche UFG Capital Management in September 2003. Mr. Anpilogov oversees the business operations with high net worth individuals.

He graduated from the Moscow University of Foreign Languages in 1991, and speaks fluent English and German.  In 1996 he received a second higher education degree from the Russian State Academy of Economics named after Plekhanov with a finance and credit major.

Prior to joining Deutsche UFG Capital Management Mr. Anpilogov worked in large Russian state-owned and private companies active in real sectors of economy.

Natalia Suslennikova

Head of Institutional Investors Department

Natalia Suslennikova joined Deutsche UFG Capital Management in 2010. She oversees the business operations with institutional investors, including non-state pension funds and insurance companies.

Ms. Suslennikova has over 12 years of professional experience in the Russian financial markets, including a number of management positions in asset management and private banking divisions of leading Russian banks and investment companies.

Ms. Suslennikova graduated with honors from the Finance Academy under the government of the Russian Federation in international economics. She holds Federal Financial Markets Services Certificates 1.0. and Federal Financial Markets Services Certificates 5.0.
